Projector Setup Guide

Ultra Short Throw (0.3–0.5:1): Mount right below the screen or on a TV stand. Produces 80–120" images from just 1–2 feet away. Ideal for living rooms where ceiling mounting isn't possible.

Short Throw (0.5–1.0:1): Place 4–8 feet from the screen. Great for smaller rooms and reduces shadow interference from presenters.

Standard Throw (1.0–2.0:1): The most common type. Requires 8–16 feet for a 100" screen. Best value and most projector options in this category.

Lens shift & zoom: Many projectors have zoom (adjustable throw ratio) and lens shift (vertical/horizontal offset), giving flexibility in placement without image distortion.
